The Al Fairuz Service Department has state of the art workshops with qualified, factory trained Service Engineers and Technicians to exclusively handle each brand and it’s full range of products. The state-of-the-art workshops are built with all facilities like EOT Cranes, Tool Room for special tools and tackles, lubrication centres, dedicated bays for painting, washing, etc., that ensures a safe working environment for the entire service department. The main service facility is a full-fledged workshop located in Ghala industrial Area. The branch offices in Salalah, Sohar and Hyma also have fully equipped service facilities.Apart from this service network, the company also has a large fleet of mobile service units,stationed at each location, to provide service at customers’ door step all across the Sultanate.Our Service Engineers regularly visit worksites and conduct inspections on machines to ensure proper functioning and performance of the equipment. Detailed technical reports with maintenance suggestions are provided to customers to ensure all equipment perform at the highest levels of productivity to the complete satisfaction of our valued customers.
The Service Department has a full-fledged Training Centre with all modern facilities to provide in house training to service engineers and technicians, customer operators and customer technical staff. Regular in-house training programs ensure that the workshop personnel are fully abreast with the latest maintenance and trouble-shooting techniques. Periodic visits by Principals of various franchises and the training sessions conducted by them ensure that our service team is abreast with the latest technology incorporated in these products. Regular courses are also conducted for customer operators and technicians on maintenance techniques, safe operation techniques, etc.
Continuous development with focus on improved customer satisfaction by way of prompt and efficient quality after sales support is a never ending process at Al Fairuz. Future plans include expansion of the current service network to ensure that each and every customer has easy access to quality after sales support at various service centres all across Oman.
